Customer satisfaction is our goal at SOCMA. Our staff strives to accomplish this through both quality products, and our attention to serving clients both prior to and after their purchase.

In order to help customers have a good understanding of our products before purchase, we offer pamphlets and consultation service. Also we are happy to show you our equipment in our factory.

During production, we keep our client regularly informed of the manufacturing process. While conforming to relevant lift truck standards, we can make the products better meet the application needs of our clients. We offer certain hardware tools, special tools and wearing parts, free of charge. The delivery time for large-tonnage forklift trucks is 45 days, unlike the 3-6 months of many domestic and overseas manufactures in the industry.

Our products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase by end users or 2000 working hours. Free maintenance is available within the warranty period. For products that exceed the warranty period, only the accessory cost and travel cost of our maintenance personnel are borne by the client. Customers can expect design, technical guidance and training services at SOCMA. OEM is available, upon request.
